Quadratic Residue Diffuser

Based on a 7 prime design, this diffuser is designed to balance a manageable size/weight with a meaningful frequency coverage. The units are 1200mm high, 545mm wide and 150mm deep. They are tuned to diffuse between ~700Hz and ~2900Hz, a nice coverage of most of the midrange as well as some of the upper midrange.

They can be positioned just about anywhere in your room to address reflections. Their effect is significant - deepening and widening the soundstage as well as making large floorstanding speakers virtually disappear. Place them on the front wall,  on a rear wall or side wall 1st reflection points.  If you have questions about your room, we would be happy to discuss with you!

Each unit costs $300 CAD and is made of birch ply finished with a clear topcoat.  They come fully assembled and weigh 36 lbs each. Yes, shipping is possible and within Canada is in the $80-$100 CAD range.
